My career in real estate grew from my commitment to be a contributing member of my community and to serve the needs of my neighbors. I offer an educated perspective on HOMES that applies to both the sales and purchase sides of the real estate market.

25 years in commercial construction gave me a solid understanding of building and the importance of functional spaces. I expanded on that experience to successfully buy, remodel and sell several properties in my personal life. They weren’t flips - each one was my HOME. Every move and change was brought on by family needs, financial considerations and/or personal dreams and desires.

I raised my family in Frederick County, MD and stayed busy with kids and my church, but when the nest was empty my next chapter brought me across the Pennsylvania line. After two separate full house renovations on Lake Heritage in Gettysburg, the winds of change delivered me to 25 acres on a mountain in Mercersburg and a crumbling 1800’s cabin. I spent a few amazing and humbling years creating and living on the hobby farm of my childhood dreams before finally settling in Waynesboro, PA. I have found my new HOME in this wonderful community.

My children and grandchildren are by far my greatest joy. On sunny days I enjoy walks with my dog, leisurely hikes, paddleboarding, and gardening. Rainy days might find me watching any home improvement show, with a good book or researching my next travel destination. My special skill is organization and seeing the big picture in all the details.
